Chanel Medallion: My first piece of Chanel jewelry!!!!

Hi ladies and gents!!!

I’m thrilled to add my first “show and tell” post to this lovely site. Yesterday on a beautiful summer evening in Boston, my husband and I went to the Chanel store in Neiman Marcus and I picked out my first piece of Chanel jewelry. I wanted something substantial – something with “heft,” so to speak – and this one definitely fits the bill! I love the quilted detailing in the center of the piece (which is on both sides) and the lobster clasp closure, as well as its soft gold color. The collection includes a pretty bracelet as well.

My sales associate told me this was a brand new piece that they just got in for Fall/Winter 2015. After some research, I noticed that I saw it in the form of a gorgeous chain belt (with multiple medallions) around the waist of a model, in addition to a similar multi-coin necklace around another girl on their beautiful brasserie/cafe runway.

If anyone knows ANY other information about this piece, please let me know. I’d love to learn more.
