Do you think bag charms are phasing out?

Not that bag charms have to be a trend but I kinda think the hype has died down a little bit. Especially for the huge fendi fur ones. Do you agree or am I just not noticing them as much?

What do you think? in other words, is it still “cool” to buy bag charms? ;)

Hum well this is an Interesting question.
I love bag charms but I hate when it’s huge, bling bling , glitter, looking cheap…
This is why I have just to launch my own brand of bag charms ( alligator bag charms and tassels ) @niloti.geneve
What do you think about them ?

I will agree that in France I saw smaller daintier charms on bags, not the monsters we walk around with here in the US ? I had my little rodeo on my Lady B Vermillion during my recent Côte d’ Azur trip & received many compliments, even from Hermes SA’s, so my assumption is that charms are not as ‘in your face’ in Europe ??? (Maybe ?)

I think there are so many fun, elegant, dainty, whatever you want really-charms you can add to a bag that allows it. Like the simple epi leather LV bags. Charms work so well on a bag like that! On the other hand, I saw the Fendi furball charm on a vintage monogram LV the other day and it was a big thumbs down in my opinion .
