Keepin' birkin in shape

Is this quite normal for togo leather? Any advice how to shape it up again? I am not sjre if putting lots of stuffing is even good ?

Hello opf_withluv, here in the Philippines there’s a lot of people selling bag shapers. Most of it are like pillows and some are plastic filled with air..if I may ask you, how old is your Birkin? mine is already 2 yrs old and honestly no matter how much stuff I place inside it to keep its shape it still slouches the moment I remove the stuff. I think this is a tendency for Togo or Clemence Leather (I don’t know about swift or fjord coz I don’t own one with these leather type).
