Hermes Dubai

Hi everyone!

So I just recently moved to Dubai and went into Hermes in Dubai Mall, and the SA’s were super unhelpful and weren’t interested in helping me out.
I asked them for a few different accessories and the answer I kept getting was that they don’t have anything.

Is this normal? Anyone else have this experience? I’m a newbie here so not sure.
