Is it possible that Chanel is cheaper in HK, Macao than in UK?

Hi, I’m new to PurseBop but decided to join as I couldn’t get the info elsewhere. I was recently in Macao and found out the cost of a Chanel classic jumbo flap was 47,100 pataca, which works out to about usd 5873. There is no tax here, so that’s the final price.

I saw that the same bag costs £5100 in the Uk but I’ve heard that prices have gone up again there. So even with the VAT refund (assuming I get about 12% back), that works out to at least £4488 (usd 5981).

Can anyone familiar with the Uk bags provide any advice of this? :) any help will be much appreciated as I’ll be heading out to London in July 2020.
