1 month ago I went into the Scottsdale Arizona Louis Vuitton store. Payed cash for a $2,200.00 LV Neverfull MM. Leather trim began to crack after 31 days. Took back to LV for exchange. Had receipt, box & bag, everything they gave me at purchase. Was told my bag was a fake & that they don’t sell fakes. They made me leave. Saying I was just out the $2,000.00. I called the police calling it fraud. Police called the store. Police reported back to me they could do nothing because it is a “civil” matter, not criminal. I’m not letting this go. Could you help me by giving me a number to reach Louis Vuitton directly? Any help/advice from you would be greatly appreciated.
