What can I say. I have had a love affair with Hermes since 2011. I am a true devoted client. And I have always felt that money spent at hermes is money well spent.
I was raised to “ Buy less but buy better, then you don’t have to keep buying”. That was my upbringing .
A special and rare bag offer from my very special friends at Hermès . My SA’s wanted to make sure I had something special for my upcoming wedding anniversary and so did my husband. So this is what they came up with. When I was asked to come in to the boutique on Sunday, I didn’t expect to see what I saw. I had requested a Mini Kelly in Croc back in May, although when I saw this rarity instead- I absolutely loved it!!! I was told by my SA that this is the first Kelly Mini Picnic in Canada, and being an avid collector, being presented with a limited edition Hermes bag in a Mini was such a WOW MOMENT!!!!.
This bag was last produced 7 years ago in the larger models and this is the first Mini release. It’s the perfect size and is considered and labelled a Mini KELLY. This extraordinary COLLECTORS bag is one of the rarest and one of my favourite.
It evokes a distinctive elegance and total south of France vibe. Great for the Monaco Grand Prix or a family barbecue. Truly a piece of art.

This is absolutely adorable!!! Congratulations and happy anniversary! Such a fantastic piece and I am live in the South of France and have not seen it yet! However, I have a perfect occaision to which to use this—the 15 August world fireworks competition at Cannes—I am invited to a private beach for viewing and a party!!! Enjoy your bag and my coveting it!! The red leather is great contrast!!!
Comparing the two sizes–original against your new prize the new mini size is adorable while the older version looks too heavy and would wreak havoc on light weight silks and linens and open laces which we tend to wear in south of France.
