Do the Blue Goyard Handles Tend to Bleed and Crack After Normal Use?

So…. I own about 15 Goyard bags and use the pm for runaround and the GM to carry my Birkins n Chanel’s in while traveling. Just noticed blue stain on one handle of my etoupe Birkin – and I keep my bags pristine- and under my thumbnail when I arrived in fla. Had no idea what it was, then realized the blue goyards straps not only cracked and decomposed, but the dye was coming off. Happened to be near Bal Harbour, stopped in. They were not accommodating at all. Guess what? All the Louis Vuitton neverfulls I gave away years ago when I jumped on the Goyard bandwagon… had to buy a new one. I was so dissappointed w Goyard, I will never purchase again! Put Saran Wrap around the handles of this blue Goyard until I return home from traveling, and hopefully, Hermes can remove the stain!

We are so sorry to hear about your experience with the blue Goyard Tote. We have not personally had the same experience with the handles, but we have heard of some reports the handles do not hold up as well as other brands.

This is definitely a quality issue to be addressed by the boutique. Hopefully, the Goyard location in Bal Harbour will repair your tote and insure it will not occur again. The Hermès spa will hopefully be able to remove the stain on your Birkin so you can continue to use and enjoy all your bags.
