Hermès Handbags Shine at Men’s Winter 2025 Show in Hong Kong

Hermès brings its Men’s Winter 2025 collection back into the spotlight in Hong Kong. Building on the Paris show, the Maison expanded the lineup with new layers, textures, and tailoring, each look framed by the city’s moody, cinematic backdrop of the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Of course, Hermès is no stranger to taking its collections eastward: earlier this year, the Women’s Fall-Winter 2025 lineup traveled to Shanghai, showcasing the brand’s second-chapter approach in Asia.

Details on the Hong Kong runway, the silhouettes, and the expanded lineup ahead…

First, let’s jet back to Paris. In January 2025,  Hermès unveiled its Men’s Winter 2025 collection under artistic director Véronique Nichanian. The runway showcased sleek tailoring and understated luxury, featuring outerwear in muted neutrals, leather, and shearling, accented by pops of color and geometric knit details. The bag lineup featured a contemporary update on the iconic HAC, with the new Connect the Dots HAC taking center stage, alongside standout pieces like the Fouree-Tout Étrivère and the geometric Garden Party Voyage tote.

Now, the Men’s Winter 2025 story continues east.

The Second Chapter of Winter 2025

As night fell over Hong Kong, the second chapter of the Men’s Winter 2025 collection unfolded along the riverside runway, recalling the cinematic, riverfront staging of Hermès’ Women’s Fall-Winter 2025 show in Shanghai. Large glass panels opened to the water, the space dimly lit and moody, with concrete panels evoking a brutalist aesthetic and sharp lines of architecture framing the runway. Geometric patterns on the floor, accented with touches of teal, mirrored motifs from the collection, while the familiar soundtrack from Paris filled the air.

Building on the Paris chapter, Hermès expanded the Men’s Winter 2025 lineup for Hong Kong with a broader range of looks and textures. Layering remained at the heart of the collection, combining shearling, suede, velvet, and patent leather with sharp tailoring that gave structure to the ensembles. The muted neutral palette deepened into rich browns and soft light beiges, punctuated by glossy red raincoats that added a striking pop. Navy suiting anchored the latter half of the runway, while classic outerwear and updated silhouettes maintained Hermès’ refined, versatile codes.

Accessories were kept minimal on the Hong Kong runway, with the Winter 2025 lineup largely unchanged from Paris. Highlights included the contemporary Connect the Dots HAC and classic HAC styles, alongside the Fouree-Tout Étrivère, geometric Garden Party Voyage tote, and Kelly Dépêches 25 Pouch. Notably, the minimalist leather tote first introduced in the Men’s Spring-Summer 2025 lineup also appeared, subtly expanding the Fall-Winter lineup.
