Does Paris Send an Email Confirmation After Placing a Special Order at FSH?

I was lucky to be offered a special order quota bag in Paris at FSH two weeks ago. Does FSH store send an email confirmation regarding the special order that was placed? Or they will only send you once the order is completed and ready to be picked up?

Dear Lucky in Paris:

Generally Paris sends an email confirmation of your Special Order placed at FSH reflecting the bag chosen as well as all the details. Receipt of this email varies and can arrive soon after placing the order or a couple of months later.

When the order is complete and ready for pick up you will receive another email stating you have 30 days to pick up your order. If you are unable to travel to Paris within that timeframe you may designate a proxy to pick up the bag for you.
