I have just started a new relationship with a Hermès SA at my home boutique. How often is a reasonable amount of time to visit the store to browse the inventory, make purchases, and stay in touch with my SA?

Shopping at Hermès is both enjoyable and exciting. Although there is no set schedule on how often you should visit the boutique, our best advice is to go as often as it fits into your schedule.
Some people shop once a week, others once a month, and others shop every other month. Many factors affect how often you will want to shop. Depending on your budget, your time availability, and your desire to acquire items to be able to place a wishlist, all affect how often you should visit your home boutique.
Consider texting your SA items you may be interested in buying, gifts you may desire to purchase, or other items that may be on your radar. When you are ready to shop make an appointment with your SA so they can devote the necessary time to help you have a positive shopping experience.
