We are planning to go to Paris towards end of May. I have noticed Hermes France online has quiet bit of inventory. Even in handbags. I was thinking about ordering some items online prior to my trip to be delivered to our hotel. Have you ever done that before? I couldn’t find anything regarding this topic online. Thanks in advance for your advice.

It is possible to purchase items online from the Hermès website and have them shipped to your hotel so long as your hotel is aware of the delivery and agrees.
Another suggestion is to order the items online and have them delivered to one of the 3 Paris boutiques. They will then be aware of the purchases you made and it could lead to a further shopping experience in store. You may have the opportunity to connect with a Sales Associate and shop more in store and build a relationship.
If you are seeking the opportunity to purchase a non-quota bag or a quota bag we would recommend having the items shipped to the store directly. They will hold the items for 30 days upon arrival. Upon retrieving your items you could ask for a leather appointment or ask for help obtaining a walk-in appointment.
