What are the 6 Chanel Collections and the Time of Year They Are Released?

Can you please explain the difference between the 6 Chanel Collections, the identifying name, and the time of year they are released?

Dear Chanel Collections:

Chanel releases six different collections every year. The six collections are identified by the year (e.g. 23C) and a letter. The letter corresponds to the season of the collection.

23C – Cruise Collection 2023 released in November of 2022, the prior year;

23P – Printemps Collection 2023 or Spring/Summer Act 1 released in January 2023;

23S – Summer Collection 2023 is referred to as Spring/Summer Act 2 released in March 2023;

23A – Métiers D’art Collection is released in May of 2023;

23B – Fall/Winter Act 1 Collection released in July of 2023;

23K – Fall/Winter Act 2 Collection releases in September of 2023.

The first collection (Cruise) is released in November of the prior year. For example, the 23C collection was released in November, 2022. The “23” represents the year 2023 and the “C” represents the Cruise collection. Each collection follows every 2 months.
