I absolutely cannot live without these from October thru Spring. How did I survive before then? When fall temperatures cool beyond the point that ankle baring Chanel ballerinas and smoking slippers become a fashion faux-pas, what does one do? Fashion police endorse socks with flats, in fact, encourage funky patterned ones, BUT I just can’t do it. The nifty 50/50’s fill in those gaps for me.
They polish any look with lean, flattering lines and a clean, classic style. The spandex creates a slim silhouette disguising anyone’s thick ankles or boney knees!
Living in the Midwest, it’s all about ‘the coat’. Whether wearing my North Face, Burberry Prorsum, or ‘all out glam furs’, these boots give me a neutral (and super comfy) foundation to build my daytime or sometimes even evening look. The boots are like a savvy blank slate, offering complete freedom to accessorize the bag, scarves, hats, or anything else that suits my whim.
These are my go to boots when traveling. They look fabulous with dresses and tights, skinny jeans, and leggings. I can walk all day and all night! (I bought my second pair half a size larger to add Dr. Scholl’s inserts for extra padding and comfort :-)). My first ones are calf length (a little harder to find), and the others are the over the knee 50/50’s.
I strongly urge you snatch a pair in case they are not around next year!
This is a PurseBop must have…..just walk the streets of NYC and see just how many women are wearing them. Stuart Weitzman has released them three years in a row…its no wonder why!
