Louis Vuitton’s Cruise 2026 is all about bags that blend heritage with modern flair. For this seasonal grouping, Artistic Director Nicolas Ghesquière reimagines the Maison’s most iconic handbag silhouettes, elevating them with trunk-inspired details that pay tribute to Louis Vuitton’s travel heritage to create contemporary yet wearable designs.

Whether it’s signature Monogram canvas with statement hardware accents, the edgy ‘Monogram Saga’ line, or the minimalist all-leather ‘Silhouette’ collection, the Cruise 2026 lineup pays homage to a legacy of trunk-making that spans over 170 years, turning Louis Vuitton’s heritage into modern must-haves.

Alma Trunk BB
A House icon since 1934, the Alma is reimagined through a trunk-makers lens, with the Alma Trunk BB. Crafted in signature Monogram canvas and trimmed with smooth black cowhide leather, this edition elevates the iconic silhouette with gold-toned metallic corners and studs. A removable chain brings a luxe, charm-like detail while also functioning as an extra top handle with a drop of 8.7 inches.

Compact yet versatile, the Alma Trunk BB measures 8.7 × 7.5 × 4.3 inches—easily housing essentials like a 6.7-inch smartphone, coin purse, AirPods, keys, and lipstick. Complete with the Alma’s signature dual top handles, the bag also benefits from a removable and adjustable leather strap with a maximum drop of 26 inches, making it effortless to carry by hand, over the shoulder, or crossbody. Sleek, structured, and effortlessly chic, the Alma Trunk BB retails for $3,550, while the edgier black Monogram Saga edition retails for $4,250.

Trunkie East West
Whether you’re drawn to classic Monogram charm or prefer a more elongated, baguette-style silhouette, the Trunkie East West delivers both.

This East West edition echoes details from the original Trunkie while introducing a horizontal profile measuring 9.8 × 5.9 × 2.4 inches. Crafted in signature Monogram canvas and accented with black leather trim, gold-toned corners, studs, and the signature S-lock. Featuring the signature Trunkie sliding chain, with a drop of 11.8 inches and extendable to 18.9 inches, the bag can be carried by hand, worn short or long on the shoulder, or styled crossbody. Louis Vuitton’s Trunkie East West retails for $3,200.

Trunkie
Injecting a rock ‘n’ roll edge into trunk-inspired design, the Trunkie Monogram Saga edition brings an effortlessly cool attitude to the classic silhouette. Crafted from smooth calfskin leather embossed with the LV Monogram and paired with cowhide trims, it’s elevated by silver-toned hardware, including trunk-inspired corners, studs, and the signature S-lock.

Measuring 10.6 × 6.3 × 3.1 inches, inside you’ll find a microfiber-lined main compartment and a zipped pocket to keep smaller essentials secure. The sliding chain, reminiscent of the Chanel Classic Flap, features four eyelets, allowing the bag to be styled as a short shoulder bag, long shoulder or crossbody. Available exclusively in the black colorway in leather, the Trunkie retails for $4,000.

Speedy Trunk 20
Part of the same sub-line as the Trunkie, the Speedy Trunk 20 is crafted in Monogram Saga calfskin with a rebellious edge. Silver-toned trunk details and a subtly aged finish give the bag personality, while its petite silhouette (8.1 × 5.3 × 4.3 inches) makes it perfect for day-to-night wear.

Boasting multiple styling options, the Speedy Trunk can be carried by hand, worn crossbody, or over the shoulder thanks to its straps—a removable chain with a drop of 5.1 inches and a removable, adjustable leather strap with a maximum drop of 20.9 inches. Available exclusively in black, the Speedy Trunk 20 retails for $4,100.

Speedy 25 Silhouette
For Cruise 2026, Nicolas Ghesquière expands Louis Vuitton’s trunk-inspired lineup with the Silhouette family, reimagining iconic shapes through leather detailing and architectural flair. The Speedy 25 Silhouette updates the classic Speedy in Arizona beige calfskin, replacing the travel-line’s metal corners with leather accents to create a trompe l’oeil effect. Finished with gold-tone hardware including a signature padlock and keys, the design forgoes Monogram detailing entirely, in favor of a more discreet heat-stamped logo.

Offered exclusively in the 25 cm size, the bag measures 10.6 × 8.7 × 5.9 inches, and can comfortably accommodate everyday essentials such as a 6.7-inch smartphone, Sarah wallet, keys, earphones, and lipstick. The microfiber-lined interior includes a flat pocket, and double top handles with a removable, adjustable strap (drop 19.7–21.7 inches) allow for hand carry, shoulder, or crossbody styling. The Speedy 25 Silhouette retails for $4,800.

Side Trunk Silhouette
Joining the Silhouette lineup, the Side Trunk Silhouette is crafted in Arizona beige calfskin like the Speedy 25 Silhouette, offering a clean, streamlined profile that’s both practical and polished. Completing the look is the bag’s signature S-lock, artfully coated in matching beige leather to maintain the minimalist aesthetic.

Measuring 11 × 6.3 × 3.1 inches, it fits essentials with ease, while the zip-top closure keeps everything secure. With a detachable top strap, the Side Trunk Silhouette can be carried by hand or worn crossbody. The Side Trunk Silhouette retails for $5,050.
