My “HGB” was something I didn’t even know I wanted. My husband found me a Kelly 32 in swift Bleu Electrique with GWH. After asking what I wanted for my first Hermes bag, I replied with “a Kelly in some shade of blue.” Well, knowing my favorite color in the world is cobalt and my wedding ring is a sapphire because of it, he found that bag. Swift is rare enough because people are scared of its delicacy. I’m obsessed but it’s only led to more! My current HGB is a Kelly in any size in Bambou, with any hardware in either Epsom or swift. Virtually impossible! Emerald is my second favorite color and bamboo is the best green (maybe tied with Menthe) that Hermes has ever done. Everything I’ve seen is in Togo, which isn’t for me. ???

Latest addition to my ??? family – BE gator cdc with phw ?? Out of all the H accessories, I am prob most in love with the CDCs esp those in gator. They’re not that easy to find tho so every time I do come across one in a color/combo I love, it’s like yay!!?

I’m definitely a sticker-leaver-onner, at least for a while. Whenever the edges start to peel, I go ahead and remove the stickers. One of my pals left hers on and the stickers left some marks on the hardware. However, she used a tiny bit of cleaner to polish off the residue and her hardware looked like mint condition after the residue was off. So, the stickers didn’t damage her hardware.

You’ve definitely graduated way beyond the 3″ heel! Great story and amazing photos!

I’d probably prefer the mini one becoz the big one is bit too big. so it looks bulky on the bag. The mini one is good! I still havent used my big one yet!

CDCs are also one of my new obsessions, particularly with the new Rose Gold hardware. I would love to add an exotic to my collection but they seem to be very difficult to come by!

Hermes is definitely number one for me, but Chanel fills the shopping void whilst I am waiting for Hermes to call!

I think that, at least for now Hermès still has the 1st position. But it´s true that it has lost it´s exclusiveness…sometimes I even find myself wondering if this is one of the reasons that suddenly Delvaux has become so big (since there is still no Delvaux stores in the US and all). Plus, CC has gone crazy with the prices of limited edition bags which cost twice the price of a Birkin… but still, for me, whenever I see someone sporting an H piece I still go “woooow, an Hermès!!!!!”

As for me, I´ve always loved high heels…my mom says that when I was like, 4 yo, I used to steel her high heel shoes and sandals and would walk around the house, tripping and falling, and getting up and continuing on… and that she had to hide her shoes from me because I´d destroy them hahahaha as soon as she let me start wearing heels, (when I was A LOT older), I started buying more and more, and the older I grew, the higher the heel became… think it´s short person syndrome hahaha today my obsession is the YSL tribtoo pump, which unfortunately I only have one and read it has been discontinued (I wanted it in every color) :( it´s VERY high, but it´s hidden platform is also very high, so it´s so comfortable in my opinion… and so pretty and chic :) once again, loved this thread :)

My HGB is the Chanel Boy, any size, any color, any material ahahahaha there´s just something about that bag that drives me crazy. Another HG is the fuchsia or red caviar classic flap. Of course I adore Kelly´s and Birkin´s but I´m also realistic and know I will never own one… and since it makes me happy just to see them being rocked by beautiful and nice ladies, I don´t even bother turning them into a HG for myself hahahaha great thread Maura ;)
