Have you purchased an Hermes bag with the new stamp placements?
Do you like the new corner?
What effect if any do you anticipate for the reseller market? Might this work against them…your thoughts?

I undertand Hermes’s move, first of all they probably run out of letters in the alphabet but probably to make it harder to replicate the bags. It is a change but I personally am willing to accept it if it limits the fake Hermes bag industry out there.

The change had already started taking place since 2 years ago. I had bought a himalaya Birkin in end of 2014 from the Paris Faubourg store. I asked the SA on the spot and she couldn’t understand either. It is until I returned home and gave the bag a detective treatment, then I found the blind stamp on the left side folded gusset corner.

Thanks for chiming in Typewriter, yes, the change started on exotics first, but my understanding from FSH is that the leather bags have only recently started arriving with the stamp in the new location.
Gorgeous bag by the way
