Hi, I was wondering if my online Hermès purchases count towards my customer profile with my store SA? Thanks!
Dear Online Hermes Buyer:
Any purchase you make outside your home store, whether online at Hermès.com, or in another city or country, may not count toward your total spend profile with your SA at your home store. It is at the discretion of the store manager or director. The best advice is to be loyal to your local boutique and your SA.
If you are in the US, all Hermès SA’s in any state can view your profile from your home store. Likewise, your SA can see any purchases you make outside your home store in the US. In addition, Paris can now see any quota bags you have purchased either in France or in the US. Eventually, Paris will be linked with all countries outside France. We do not know exactly when this will occur, but we understand it is in the works.
Hermès intends to enforce the 2 quota bag per year rule worldwide. This means that you may only purchase two quota bags under your profile per year in any location.
