How Do I Purchase the Hermès Rolling Luggage If It Is Not Displayed In My Home Store?

I am interested in getting the Hermès hand carry luggage but I have so many questions, hope you could help me 💜 Should I tell my SA my interest and wait for her offer, or can I buy it readily in a bigger boutique (say FSH or Madison)? Price please also thank you!!

Hermès introduced their R.M.S. (Rolling Mobility Suitcase) in 2021. There are several designs to choose from for the exterior of the carry-on rolling luggage. But you can customize the wheels, handle, and add your initials if desired.

The wheels glide easily and are the same wheels used on the Hermès skateboards introduced in 2017. The luggage is extremely lightweight and expertly constructed as expected. The capacity inside the luggage is sufficient but smaller than its competitor the Louis Vuitton Horizon luggage. This is due to the retractable handle being incorporated into the bag interior and not on the outside backside of the luggage.

Your SA may be able to order the luggage for delivery in store so the purchase is part of your spend profile. You should not have to wait for an offer from your SA. It is not like a Special Order. It merely has some aspects that can be customized such as the wheels and small handle. You may be able to customize the bag in store or when the order is placed for you. It is best to speak with your SA on how best to obtain the luggage.
