Is it easier to be offered a second Quota Bag at FSH after you’ve already bought 1 Quota Bag?

Unfortunately, it is not easy to be offered a quota bag at FSH whether it is your first, fifth, or fiftieth. The rules change. The first hurdle is getting a leather appointment either through the lottery system or through an established relationship with a SA.
The next hurdle, assuming you have a leather appointment, is to connect with your SA. Next they will ask for your wishlist. If you connect, they will leave you to search for a bag they believe you will love.
The Paris SA will likely check your spend profile in Paris. They may also check your linked profile to see how many quota bags you may have received from your home store. Many locations in the US and Europe have been linked to the Paris Hermès stores. However, we are still receiving reports that some areas may not yet be linked.
If you have not yet received 2 quota bags, and they have a bag in stock similar to your request, and you connect with your SA, you could be offered a second quota bag on your subsequent visit. Be aware that nothing with Hermès is ever a sure thing.
