Is it possible to just walk into an Hermes Store and buy a Picotin??I’m new to Hermes and love this shape … advice please thank you xxxx

Of course it is “possible” to walk into a Hermès store for the first time and ask for a Picotin and be successful. However, it does not happen very often unless you are very lucky.
From our experience and information, it is better to establish a relationship with one SA and make some purchases on that day and then ask if you could purchase a Picotin. If they have one available it is possible to purchase it on the first or subsequent visit. If it is not available, let your SA know that you would love to purchase one when it becomes available. It will likely occur in the near future. Just remember, patience at Hermès pays off as does a good relationship with your SA.
