I was offered a Special Order from my Hermès store. Does Hermès already have an updated color chart for 2023 for SOs? I am frightened to choose a color this year which isn’t available next year anymore. Does this happen or do I exaggerate? Many many thanks!

The new Special Order color chart has been released on social media by people who have placed their Special Order already this year. If you choose a color on the Special Order list and it is subsequently taken off the list next year, that should not affect the choices you made when the color was on the list. In very rare instances, a certain color and leather may become unavailable due to greater demand than they have available, but this is very rare. In that instance, Hermès will contact you to change your choice.
The new colors vary by type of leather chosen. And there are two lists. One for the exterior of the bag and a separate list for the interior colors.
Study the list of Special Order colors posted online for 2023. Choose the colors you like most and the type of leather. It will likely arrive in approximately a year. I am sure you will love your choices.
