This Hermès Kelly Pochette Is Blooming Into an Instant Collector’s Piece

Florals for spring may not be groundbreaking, but at Hermès, they’re becoming a growing theme. First the Picotin Lucky Daisy, now fresh off the heels of the tulip-adorned Kelly To Go, Hermès plants another floral design with the Kelly Pochette Daisies. If securing a classic Kelly Pochette is already a challenge, this version may prove even more elusive.

It may not have appeared on the runway, but this is precisely the kind of piece that draws attention during the after-show Spring-Summer 2026 Objects Presentation. Rendered in glossy Black Box calfskin with gold or palladium hardware, the Kelly Pochette retains its signature silhouette while shifting focus to surface design. Daisies dot the exterior, some in full bloom, others with petals gently plucked and scattered.

On closer inspection, Hermès craftsmanship is revealed. The motif isn’t printed or applied, but meticulously created through a leather inlay that combines smooth and grained textures. It mirrors the construction seen on the limited edition Kelly 25 ‘Étoilée’ from the Fall-Winter 2024 collection.

As Hermès reimagines its Kelly Pochette, the focus is on surface detail. From the Kelly Pochette Rock to feather-adorned editions created for the opening of the Beijing boutique, each variation shifts the mood of the signature silhouette, showing how detail alone can quietly reshape its character.
