Any true purse lover knows that multi bagging (designs formed of more than one bag) is the hottest trend this season, regularly spotted on A-listers everywhere. The two most notable examples to date are Prada’s Multi Pochette bag and Louis Vuitton’s Multi Pochette Accessoires (read Louis Vuitton and Prada’s Multi Pochette Bags are on Fire This Season). But this is set to change with the launch of another multi bag from Louis Vuitton. Meet Twist and Twisty (we’re obsessed with the name)!
Louis Vuitton’s latest take on the growing trend is comprised of a mini version of the popular Twist bag attached to a larger style of the bag, both made from Vuitton’s Epi Leather. The piece is available in two sizes – PM and MM – however there appears to be no variation in the Twisty mini’s size .
The MM size is exclusivity available in black and white for a sultry monochrome effect whereas the PM size comes in Blanc/Gold (a combination of white and gold tones) and Rose Rouge (a playful red and pink match up).
The bags can be worn separately or together for a quirky effect. The Twisty fits snugly inside the larger style and it seems Vuitton may have taken notice of the immense popularity of the brand’s card holders as the Twisty mini works perfectly as one.
The design features a removable and adjustable leather strap and includes a large inside pocket and even removable mirror!
