How Do I Qualify For An Hermes Special Order

There are no set rules on how to qualify for a special order. Each boutique and location has its own criteria. The key is to work with one SA, build a quality relationship with that SA, keep an open line of communication, update your wish list regularly, and ask your SA if you could be offered the opportunity to create a special order.

Special Orders at Hermes are reserved for clients that have established relationships with their SA and their local store. It is a privilege to be offered a Special Order. Each boutique is allotted a certain number of special orders that they may offer. Only certain SA’s are given the opportunity to offer a special order to their clients each season. There are two seasons at Hermes with respect to Special Orders. The fall season runs from approximately September to November. The spring season runs from March to May. The timeline may be extended by each boutique.
