Do you think an SA would still work with me if I’m not interested in purchasing a Birkin or Kelly? I genuinely prefer the Evelyne, Constance, and Lindy Mini over those two, and I’d rather spend my money on other items at Hermes that I enjoy. Does this make me a less desirable client to an SA?

At Hermès every client is treated as a valued customer regardless of their goal of scoring a Birkin or Kelly. The fact that you are not interested in a quota bag could be seen as a major advantage because the pressure is off the Sales Associate to offer you a Birkin or Kelly. The demand has become so great that Sales Associates report their inability to fulfill their clients’ wishes keeps them up at night.
Your shopping experience with a SA will likely be very pleasant and enjoyable. They will often look forward to your appointment because you truly love the brand and appreciate the products.
Visit your home store and connect with a Sales Associate and shop for the items you love. You will be offered the non quota bags you desire when they become availabe. And if one day you decide to put a Birkin or Kelly on your wishlist, your SA would be happy to try to offer you the bag of your dreams.
