Good things come in small packages — at least according to Louis Vuitton. The House’s latest pair of handbag arrivals embrace the mini bag movement, albeit from different angles. One revives an archival 1960s icon, while the other reimagines one of Louis Vuitton’s most recognizable silhouettes in a new format.

Whether you’re drawn to heritage-inspired designs or fresh directions, these are two of the latest Louis Vuitton bags worth having on your radar.
Pochette Papillon
Louis Vuitton digs into the archives for the new Pochette Papillon. First introduced in 1966, the iconic cylindrical silhouette has inspired countless reinterpretations over the decades, with the likes of the Murakami collaboration, and more recently Pharrell’s reimagined design in the Men’s Spring-Summer 2027 collection. This season, however, the house goes back to where it all began, reintroducing the miniature pochette that accompanied the original Papillon handbag.

Crafted in signature Monogram canvas with Vachetta leather trim, the petite cylindrical silhouette measures 7.9 x 3.3 x 3.3 inches — just enough space for daily essentials including a smartphone, card holder, keys, and a few beauty touch-up items. A removable Vachetta leather strap allows it to be carried by hand or styled over the shoulder, while a zip-top closure keeps belongings secure. Equal parts nostalgic and practical, the Pochette Papillon retails for $1,560.

Nano Frivole Bag
Something old, and now something new. The Nano Frivole joins Louis Vuitton’s lineup with a fresh interpretation of the house’s iconic Noé bucket bag, reimagined in a contemporary east-west format. Rendered in Monogram canvas with Vachetta leather trim, the compact design retains the Noé’s signature drawstring closure while offering an elongated profile. Measuring 9.4 x 5.1 x 3.1 inches, the Nano Frivole is deceptively spacious, featuring three interior compartments and a zipped pocket – there’s ample room for everyday essentials, including a smartphone, wallet, sunglasses, cards, and keys.

Complete with a removable and adjustable shoulder strap offering a strap drop ranging from 11.4 to 19.7 inches, the Nano Frivole can be dressed up or down – whether styled on the shoulder for an evening occasion, or slung crossbody for a day of errands. The Nano Frivole retails for $2,210.
