To the fashion world, Goyard is known as the French purveyor of heritage trunks and totes fabricated in its trademark Goyardine fabric. Yet beyond these cornerstone pieces, exists a quieter selection of handbags that reveal a more nuanced expression of its design language, rooted in heritage but shaped for contemporary use.

We’ve previously explored some of Goyard’s lesser-known handbags. But the story doesn’t end there. Here is a further selection of handbags that sit outside Goyard’s core trunks-and-totes identity.
Musette Bag
Fans of Hermès’ Evelyne may have just found their first Goyard bag. The Musette PM arrives with a similarly relaxed, hands-free silhouette, but filtered through Goyard’s own material codes and archival references, offering a quieter alternative within the same everyday crossbody space. Joining Goyard’s evolving lineup, the Musette PM reinterprets the Maison’s archival “Île de Ré” bag, itself rooted in utilitarian musette styles once used by postmen, cyclists, and workers.

Crafted in lightweight Goyardine canvas with Chevroches calfskin trim, the silhouette is defined by its soft structure and gently curved form. This open-top design is secured by a leather tab with a magnetic closure, while a detachable and adjustable strap allows for shoulder or crossbody wear. Measuring approximately 11 x 8.7 x 4 inches, the interior remains pared back with a single slip pocket and linen-cotton lining, keeping the focus on light, everyday functionality. The Musette PM is available across Goyard’s signature palette, and currently retails for $2,570.

Bonbonnière Bag
A newer addition to the Maison’s lineup, the Bonbonnière Bag signals a shift towards more structured, east–west silhouettes within Goyard’s offering. Drawing inspiration from the vintage Saint-Martin bag, it is crafted in signature Goyardine canvas and trimmed with Chevroches calfskin, finished with gently curved elongated top handles and discreet embossed logos positioned at either end of the silhouette.

Measuring approximately 11.8 x 4.1 x 4.7 inches, the Bonbonnière is designed to tuck neatly under the arm, lending itself to both day and evening wear. Available across Goyard’s full palette of 11 signature colorways — including Black, Green, Burgundy, and Yellow — the Bonbonnière is priced at $3,040 and is already emerging as one of the Maison’s most coveted newcomers.

Muse Nano Vanity
Originally designed as practical travel companions, vanity cases were built to keep essentials neatly contained . What began as pure utility has since been reworked across luxury houses, evolving into a wearable silhouette that now sits comfortably within modern wardrobes as much as it once did in luggage. Goyard has been developing its own take on this travel-led format since the 1950s, and now one of its most recognizable designs, the Muse Vanity, has been downsized into a compact and contemporary format.

The Muse Nano Vanity measures approximately 4.3 x 2.6 x 3.5 inches, retaining the structured, zip-around silhouette of its older sibling. Crafted in Goyardine canvas with Chevroches calfskin trim and finished with the Maison’s signature yellow cotton lining, it features a double-zip closure, a flat interior pocket, and a miniature top handle. A detachable and adjustable leather strap allows it to be worn crossbody or on the shoulder. Reduced to its essentials, the format is suited only to the smallest daily necessities like keys, cosmetics, and cards.

Beluga Mini
The Beluga Mini introduces a more sculptural direction within Goyard’s handbag offering, reworking a 1970s archival travel design into a compact, structured silhouette. Crafted in Goyardine canvas trimmed with Chevroches calfskin, the form is defined by its clean lines and architectural proportions, balancing archival reference with a more modern, structured feel — not dissimilar in design to Louis Vuitton’s Rivage BB. Its dual leather top handles pay homage to the Maison’s trunk-making heritage, while a detachable and adjustable leather strap allows for versatile styling.

Measuring approximately 9.1 x 3.1 x 7.3 inches, it offers enough space for daily essentials while maintaining a compact, structured profile. Though it appears as an open-top silhouette at first glance, the interior is fitted with a cotton and linen pouch secured by a discreet drawstring fastening.

Rouette Souple
Where the Rouette Structuré brings a more defined, evening-leaning structure to Goyard’s offering, the Rouette Souple takes a relaxed approach. “Souple,” meaning flexible in French, reflects the bag’s lightweight, adaptable construction, with Goyard highlighting its 22 styling possibilities through a highly modular design. Characterized by a slightly trapezoidal Goyardine canvas body with expandable gussets, the Rouette Souple is finished with a Chevroches leather flap secured by a discreet magnetic closure.

The magic of the Rouette Souple lies in its modularity. A sliding leather strap, with a height range of approximately 10 – 18.7 inches, allows it to be worn crossbody, on the shoulder, in shorter or longer lengths, or tucked away entirely to be carried as a clutch. The flap can be adjusted to sit folded, unfolded, or tucked away, subtly altering the silhouette, while the expandable gussets can be opened to increase capacity or secured for a more streamlined profile. Measuring approximately 12.2 x 5.5 x 9.1 inches, the bag accommodates daily essentials within a flexible structure that shifts depending on how it is worn. Offered in nine of Goyard’s shades including Black, Gray, and Green, the Rouette Souple can transform its look throughout the day regardless of its color.
